One of our most notable remediation projects involved restoring what was once the largest operating copper mine in the U.S. Over six construction seasons, we executed extensive remedial work in a remote Cascade Mountain location, requiring barge access. Our services included structure demolition, regrading and capping mine tailings, and reconstructing waterways to mitigate downstream impacts on the local water supply. A slurry cutoff wall, booster stations, and groundwater management systems were also installed to further protect the region. Today, the once heavily impacted site has been successfully transformed into a thriving retreat for visitors and nature enthusiasts.
