Mike Kirchner Joins Forgen as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations
CENTENNIAL, CO – Forgen has hired Mike Kirchner as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations.
Forgen is proud to announce the appointment of Mike Kirchner as Executive Vice President (EVP) of Strategy and Business Operations. With nearly 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, Kirchner brings a robust background in growth strategy, risk management, and project delivery. In this role, he will collaborate closely with Chief Operating Officer John Dudasch to shape and execute the company’s strategic vision. His role encompasses strategic planning, operational performance management, governance, and risk management.

Kirchner holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology from Texas State University. He is based in Forgen’s Denver, CO office.
