Site Preparation for Kinder Morgan LNG Tank 

On this deep foundations project, we are providing preconstruction services and performing early site works to improve the foundation design for a storage tank at a Tampa port terminal, ensuring that Kinder Morgan can construct their tank to last on a solid foundation.  

Our work will supply the client, Kinder Morgan, with the foundation for an additional storage tank at their port terminal. The scope of work includes early site works, the design and installation of rigid inclusions, and the design and placement of the load transfer platform. Our team will install over two hundred rigid inclusions for the tank foundation, including a test pile program, which will evaluate the performance of the piles. Once the rigid inclusions have been installed, we will install the Load Transfer Pad, the Ringwall Foundation, the Claymax liner, the Cathodic Protection, and sand.  

This project is expected to be completed in 2025.
