Forgen Field Leaders: The Backbone of Project Success
June 18, 2025
At Forgen, Field Leaders are more than supervisors. They are the driving force behind project execution. By bridging the gap between planning and performance, they bring together technical expertise, leadership, and real-time problem-solving to keep work moving forward. Their contributions directly impact the success of each project and the value Forgen delivers to its clients.

To support this vital role, Forgen has launched the Field Leader Academy (FLA), a focused development program designed to grow leadership from within. As the company continues to expand, the need for skilled and confident leaders in the field is more important than ever. The FLA provides structured opportunities for learning and growth to help meet that need.
The academy is built around the NCCER Construction Superintendent Curriculum, which serves as the foundation for remote learning. This is combined with in-person sessions led by Forgen’s own subject matter experts, giving participants the chance to apply their learning in a collaborative, real-world setting.
A core part of the FLA is the identification and development of High Potential Leaders, team members who consistently demonstrate Forgen’s core values.
These include:
These individuals are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to something greater than themselves. They use their unique talents to support their teams, solve problems, and help shape the future of the organization.
Forgen believes that investing in people is essential to long-term success. The Field Leader Academy is one way the company is building that future by equipping the next generation of field leaders to lead with purpose, skill, and integrity.
